Not Shy

Not Shy is a group exhibition presented by The Grain Lab featuring film photography from C Campbell, Beth Chalmers, Ben Cowie, Jassy Earl, Niall Morris, Christina Riley and Alan Waddingham.

A community-led, not-for-profit darkroom and film photography project based in Glasgow, Scotland, The Grain Lab aims to provide safe, accessible and affordable developing and printing space. 

I presented three images of Scottish Ballet in rehearsal for Angelin Preljocaj's MC 14/22 (Ceci est mon corps) ahead of its performances at Edinburgh International Festival, exploring the fearlessness of dancers and the confidence they need to have in themselves and each other.

I'm so proud of everyone involved and grateful for every single person who helped make it happen, came down to see some photos and hang out.  We were all pretty blown away by how many people came down to support The Grain Lab as we find our feet.
