The "Okay, we'll make it work" Dinner
The latest Fare Folk event brought chef David Leeder and his team all the way from Canada for a weekend of fine dining in the intimate setting of Glasgow's bakery47.
Sitting amongst friends, family and new faces, and having the opportunity to look into the kitchen at the chefs at work plus hearing from them directly about each dish, Fare Folk dinner series is a dream for anyone with an interest in food and the cultures surrounding it.
(Needless to say, having a keen interest in food myself, it's a dream to photograph as well.)
